Here are 3 recipes that only require 3 ingredients each. These spreads are a fun way to switch up from your usual protein shake and can be eaten alone or as a side with snacks!

Protein Spread 3 Ways

Protein dip/spread is such an easy protein option when you don’t feel like cooking or simply want a quick sweet snack/healthier spread option.

 

CHOCOLATE

Mix together :
1 scoop Limitless Pharma Pure Whey Protein 5lbs Choco Ferrerolicious/Double Chocolate (35g), 25g cacao powder and water or milk (optional : sweetener)


MAPLE 

    Mix together :
    1 scoop Limitless Pharma Pure Whey Protein 5lbs Maple Brown Sugar (31g), 100g fat free greek yoghurt and 1tbsp sugar free syrup

     

     

    CHOCOLATE PB 

      Mix together :
      1 scoop Limitless Pharma Pure Whey Protein 5lbs Peanut Butter Cup (35g), 10g powdered peanut butter, 30g fat free greek yoghurt and water or milk

       

      Enjoy on toast, as a fruit dip or even on its own!
