4 Ingredient Protein Cookies
When we tell you these are literally the easiest cookies you’ll ever make… BELIEVE US, THEY ARE!
What we like the most about this recipe is that the base is only 4 ingredients and you get to customize it to your liking. It’s high in protein and really tasty!
Ingredients :
2 bananas (the riper the better)
1 egg
1 cup quick oats
2 scoops Pure Whey Isolate of your liking
Optional :
1/2 cup frozen blueberries
Cinnamon
Melted chocolate drizzle
Sea salt
Preparation :
- Preheat oven to 375°F.
- Mash the bananas and add the rest of the ingredients. Mix until you get a smooth mixture and separate in 6-8 even cookies.
- Bake for 20 mins and you’re done! (Pro tip : Bake the cookies on broil for a minute before taking them out)
You can eat these as a pre or post workout snack (or both), as a quick breakfast or as a healthy dessert!
