Shipping

Currently, we only ship to Canada and the US.

We offer delivery by Canada Post or USPS in Expedited Parcel, XpressPost or Priority. Canada only: from a rate of $9.99. United States only: from a rate of $19.99. Oversized orders: may incur additional charges. They will be calculated and invoiced manually if necessary.

Yes! All orders over $99.99 before taxes benefit from free shipping.

We proudly ship from Trois-Rivieres, Quebec, Canada. Orders placed before 11:00 AM EST will be shipped within 24 hours from Monday to Friday. All other orders will be shipped the next business day. In large urban centers, Expedited Parcels will be received within 2-5 business days. XpressPost: 1-3 business days. Subject to change by Canada Post/USPS.

Even in your absence, the carrier may have dropped off your package at the door or in a secure location with easy access. It is his discretion to leave a delivery notice at the door. If this is the case, you have 5 days to collect your package or it will be sent back to us.

Returns and refunds

1. Join us through the contact form.

Be sure to include:

-Your order number
-Product expiry date
-The lot number of the product
-The reason you are returning the product

2. You will then receive a Return Authorization Number (RAN) and instructions on how to return the package to us.

3. Once we receive it, please expect 1-2 weeks to process the request and receive your refund or credit.

If the return results from our mistake (for example: we sent you the wrong product), in this case, the shipping costs are 100% of our responsibility.

Suppose you are not satisfied with your product for any reason or you wish to exchange it; then the shipping costs are at your expense.

Once your purchase exceeds $99.99, the regular shipping fee of $9.99 is not charged. If you get a refund and your order is now below $99.99, this fee will be deducted from the amount to be received.

30 DAYS SATISFACTION GUARANTEE! If you are not 100% satisfied with your products for any reason, we will take them back within 30 days of the delivery date, even if they have been opened and/or used! For all unopened products, you will receive a full refund on your payment method. For all open products, you will receive an online credit for future use.

If there is a problem with products purchased in store, you will have to refer to the same location, not to us. They will follow their established policies regarding refunds or credits if necessary. Then they will contact us directly for this purpose.
