EASTER PROTEIN BROWNIES
You'll never guess the main ingredient of this recipe...
Sweet potatoes! Yes, you read that right!
Sounds weird? Give it a try and let the deliciousness convince you by itself.
Ingredients (9-12 brownies) :
- 1 large sweet potato (or two medium-sized)
- 2 eggs
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 3/4 cups sugar free syrup (feel free to use maple syrup!)
- 1 1/2 cups oat flour
- 2 scoops Pure Whey Protein 5lbs Double Chocolate
- 3/4 cups cacao powder
- 1 tsp baking powder
- Zero calorie sweetener
Preparation :
1. Cook your sweet potato - pro tip : use a fork to make small holes all around the potato, then microwave for 4 minutes, flip, and keep doing that until the potato is soft.
2. Peel & mash your sweet potato. mix in all wet ingredients
3. Add in all the dry ingredients & mix.
4. Chop up some mini eggs (i used easter m&m’s). measure with your heart and mix that in.
5. Pour the mixture in a glass pan covered in parchment paper & bake at 350°F for 20-25 minutes.
6. Let cool & ENJOY!! 🥰
