PROTEIN BERRY CRUMBLE
This summery sweet recipe is the perfect go-to for breakfast, snacks, as well as healthier desserts. The harmonious mix of our Smooth Vanilla Isolate Protein crumble and the summer berries blend make for an irresistible taste.
We strongly believe that fun and diet can (and SHOULD) co-exist, and providing healthy and tasty recipes is what we aspire to do.
Ingredients (6 servings)
Berry blend :
- 4 cups frozen mixed berries
- 2 tbsp cornstarch
- 2 tsp lime or lemon juice
- 2 tbsp granulated sweetener (here, stevia)
Crumble mixture :
- 1/4 cup plain, fat free greek yoghurt
- 1/4 cup sugar free syrup
- 2 scoops Smooth Vanilla Isolate Protein
- 3/4 cup quick oats
- 1/2 cup rolled oats
- 1/4 tsp salt
Preparation
- Preheat oven to 350°F ;
- In a large mixing bowl, combine all of the ingredients for the berry blend. Stir until the berries are evenly coated ;
- Grease a square or rectangular baking dish and pour the berry mixture into it ;
- In the same mixing bowl, combine the protein powder, oats, and salt. Mix until well-combined ;
- Add the greek yoghurt and syrup to the rest of the crumble mixture and mix until homogeneous ;
- Pour the crumble mixture on top of the berry blend ;
- Bake for 50-55 minutes ;
- Let cool and enjoy!
