Summery Protein Oatmeal
If summer was an oatmeal recipe, this would be IT
I have these oats everyday at work since they’re so convenient, filling & tasty!
Ingredients :
- 30-35g oats (~1/3 cup)
- 1 scoop coconut island isolate protein
- 1 peach, finely chopped
- Handful of raspberries, mashed
- Just enough water to cover the dry ingredients (~1/3 cup)
- 175-200g 0% fat greek yoghurt (~3/4-1 cup)
- Sugar free (or maple) syrup
Mix and let sit in the fridge overnight or for a couple hours. BOOM, that’s it!
The coconut, peach & raspberry combo is SPECTACULAR y’all. Save & try!
