4-INGREDIENT GIANT PROTEIN PANCAKE

This giant protein pancake is perfect for those sweet cravings, or simply for a warm, cozy breakfast. Keep reading to find out how to recreate it for yourself!
Ingredients (1 giant pancake or 2-4 smaller pancakes)
- 55g Quaker's protein pancake mix
- 1/2 scoop Maple Brown Sugar Isolate protein
- 1 tbsp vanilla greek yoghurt
- 1/3 cup water or milk of choice
- Toppings of choice : maple syrup, berries, yoghurt, sprinkles, peanut butter, chocolate chips...
Preparation
- Mix all 4 ingredients together ;
- Grease a pan and turn on the stove heat ;
- Once your pan is hot (you can feel the heat when placing your hand about 5 cm from the pan), pour the batter in ;
- Cook on low-medium heat until bubbles start to form in the batter ;
- Flip and wait until both sides of the pancake are golden brown ;
- Place on your favourite dish, add toppings and enjoy!
