If you're feeling lazy, but are in the mood for a sweet high protein snack, then this one's for you. This 8-ingredient Protein Apple & Banana Bread is so simple, all you need are 8 ingredients, a bowl, a fork, a grater, and a baking dish. You truly have no excuses to treat yourself!

 

Using healthy ingredients and Isolate protein powder, this is ideal to eat by itself as a snack, or paired with yoghurt and fruits as a breakfast or more complete snack. 

 

Ingredients (6 portions)

  • 2 apples, peeled and grated
  • 2 bananas, peeled and mashed
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/4 cup almond milk
  • 1 cup oat flour
  • 2 scoops Maple Brown Sugar Isolate protein
  • 1 tbsp baking powder
  • 1/4 cup stevia

 

Preparation

  1. Preheat oven to 350 F ;
  2. Peel the apples, grate them and add them to a large mixing bowl ;
  3. Mash the bananas and add them to the mixing bowl ;
  4. Add the rest of the ingredients and mix until smooth ;
  5. Line a baking dish with parchment paper and pour the batter in the dish ;
  6. Bake for 50 minutes ;
  7. Let cool and enjoy!
