AIR FRYER PROTEIN DONUTS
These little guys are probably one of the EASIEST protein snack you can make. Plus, chances are you already have everything you need in your fridge/pantry!
This Air Fryer Protein Donuts recipe only requires 3 simple ingredients and about 10 minutes of your time. They're healthy, delicious and are packed with nothing less than 60-65g of protein! You simply can't skip on giving them a try...
Ingredients (10 donuts)
- 1 cup flour
- 1 cup vanilla greek yoghurt
- 1 scoop Maple Brown Sugar Isolate protein
- Optional : melted chocolate chips (to drizzle on top!)
Preparation
- Put everything into a bowl and mix until you get a ball of dough. This step requires to get your hands dirty and to knead the dough!
- Separate the dough in about 10 small donut balls.
- Air fry at 400°F for 6 minutes.
- Optional : drizzle some chocolate (or toppings of your choice) on top.
- Enjoy!
