Overnight Proats
We've prepared for you one recipe "mix-store-eat" again ! It's really easy and ready to eat for only 2 hours in the fridge.
Recipe (1 serving) :
- 40g quick oats
- 1 scoop Pure Whey Isolate 5lbs Maple Brown Sugar
- Cinnamon
- Water/Milk
- 50g greek yoghurt
- Toppings of your choice!! We put raspberries, blueberries, more cinnamon and sugar free syrup
Mix everything up and store in the fridge for at least 2-3hrs. Enjoy!
