PROTEIN BLUEBERRY LEMON CAKE

Ingredients (1 serving)
- 15g oat flour
- 20g Smooth Vanilla Isolate protein
- 2.5g baking powder
- Juice and zest of 1/2 a lemon
- 30mL water
- 40g frozen blueberries
Preparation
- In a small bowl, mix all of the ingredients together, except the blueberries ;
- In a seperate bowl, add the frozen blueberries ;
- Pour the batter on top of the blueberries ;
- Microwave for 1 minute, twice ;
- Let cool and flip on a plate, removing the bowl ;
- Add your favourite sides and enjoy!
