PROTEIN BLUEBERRY MUFFIN BAKED OATS
Baked oats have been trending for a couple of years across foodies, gym-goers, and overall health and fitness enthusiasts. If you're not yet convinced that they're worth the hype, give this recipe a go, and we promise we will change your mind. These Protein Blueberry Muffin Baked Oats contain 45g of protein and literally taste like blueberry muffins. They make for the perfect sweet and comforting breakfast that will warm you up on those cold Winter days.
Ingredients (1 serving)
- 1 egg
- 1/4 cup greek yoghurt
- 1/4 cup oat flour (you can simply blend oats)
- 1 scoop Smooth Vanilla Isolate protein
- 1 tsp stevia
- 1/2 tsp baking powder
- 1/3 cup frozen blueberries
- 2 tbsp water or milk
Preparation
- Preheat oven to 350°F ;
- In a bowl, mix all the ingredients together until smooth ;
- Grease a small oven-safe dish and pour the batter into it ;
- Bake for 25 minutes ;
- Let cool and enjoy alone or with toppings!
