PROTEIN LAVA CAKE
Any plans for Valentine's day? What about going to the gym and making delicious Protein Lava Cakes as a post-workout treat with your gym buddy? To us, that sounds like the perfect activity! This recipe is ideal for Valentine's day—with two chocolatey and delightful servings, you're guaranteed to have a good time making and enjoying it.
Ingredients (2 servings)
- 1/4 cup oat flour (or blended oats)
- 1/4 cup 0% fat greek yoghurt
- 1 egg
- 2-3 tbsp water (for consistency)
- 1 scoop Double Chocolate Isolate Protein
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 2 tbsp cacao powder
- pinch of salt
- 2 dark chocolate squares
- 1 tsp stevia (optional)
Preparation
- Preheat oven to 350°F and grease two small ramekins ;
- In a bowl, mix all the ingredients (except the chocolate) until you get a smooth batter ;
- Split the batter equally in both ramekins ;
- Add a piece of dark chocolate to each ramekin, and use a spoon to cover it with batter ;
- Bake for 15-18 minutes ;
- Let cool and enjoy!
