STRAWBERRY LEMON PROTEIN COOKIES
Do you sometimes just want to have a cookie, but feeling like something with a summery twist to it? These strawberry lemon cookies are high in protein, easy to make, and have the best mix of both a sweet and lemoney taste.
Pairing our Maple Brown Sugar Isolate Protein (Smooth Vanilla works well too!) with a fruity flavour is THE combination you were looking for. Give these a try!
Ingredients (9 cookies) :
- 1 cup rolled oats
- 1 cup quick oats
- 2 scoops Maple Brown Sugar Isolate Protein
- 2 eggs
- 1 cup 0% fat greek yoghurt
- 1/2 cup sugar free syrup / maple syrup
- Zest + juice of 1 lemon
- 1 cup chopped frozen strawberries
Preparation :
- Preheat oven to 350°F ;
- In a large bowl, mix your rolled oats, quick oats, and protein powder ;
- Add your eggs, syrup, greek yoghurt, lemon juice, lemon zest, and mix ;
- Add your chopped strawberries and mix ;
- Line a pan with parchment paper ;
- Form 9 even cookies ;
- Bake for 10-15 minutes ;
