70G PROTEIN PROTEIN COOKIE BATTER
This recipe is for all of those of you who eat a spoonful of cookie dough before sending them into the oven... With 70g of protein and requiring only 8 ingredients, you're guaranteed to hit your nutritional goals whilst also enjoying an incredible sweet treat.
Ingredients (1-2 serving(s))
- 1/4 cup 0% fat plain greek yoghurt
- 1/4 cup milk of choice
- 2 scoops Smooth Vanilla Isolate protein powder
- 1 tbsp stevia
- 1 tbsp sugar-free jell-o pudding mix
- 1/4 cup powdered peanut butter
- Pinch of salt
- Chocolate chips
Preparation
- Mix all the ingredients together in a small bowl ;
- Refrigerate for 30 minutes or more ;
- Enjoy!
